- In a large mixing bowl add wheat flour, pour of oil on it and mix well. Now add gram flour and mix it well. Add oil and give it a nice mix again.
- Next, add the spices, firstly add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafetida, sugar, salt ginger paste, green chilies, and mix well all the ingredients.
