- Wash chilli and peel ginger..
- Pound coriander and fennel seeds. Also pound ginger chilli..
- In a bowl take curd. Add pounded chilli ginger, fennel coriander, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, sugar and 1 tbsp oil..
- Whip it nicely moving in one direction..
- Take besan and semolina..
- Add it to curd paste..
- Mix it thoroughly moving in one direction. Add required amount of water..
- Normally chopped coriander is added but i have added methi leaves..
- Rest it for 15-20 minutes..
- Take green chillies, cut it in halves and fry it in hot oil. Frying chilli first will lower the temperature and fritters won't burn..
- Add soda and 1 tbsp hot oil to batter. Mix it nicely. Drop batter in hot oil on medium flame. Cook it on both sides..
