- Beat egg yolks with 3 tbsp sugar,1 tsp lemon juice,salt, vanilla extract until thick, light yellow.
- Beat egg whites with 1 teaspoon lemon juice until stiff peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff peaks are formed.
- Gradually add egg whites mixture to egg yolks mixture. cut and fold until well combined.
- Sieve flour to egg mixture.
- Fold in until smooth and well combined.
- Add batter to piping bag with 1/2 inch nozzle. pipe 10 cm long lines on prepared baking tray.
- Dust with powdered sugar and rest on counter for 5 minutes.
- Again dust with powdered sugar and immediately bake.
- Bake for 9-13 minutes until lightly golden brown in preheated oven at 180.
- Release biscuits from parchment paper while it's still warm.
- Serve immediately or store in airtight container upto 2 weeks.
